Cancellation Policy

At Alexander Day Spa & Salon, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please understand that “no shows” or last minute cancellations and/or schedule changes leave our staff with empty appointment times, that other guests could have filled.

We request that you please review our Cancellation Policy:

Reserved appointments require a 4-hour advanced notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Without a 4-hour advanced notice, you are charged for the full cost of the service(s). Bridal Services require a 24-hour advanced notice to avoid this charge.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late, you appointment will be shortened to allow time for the following session.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available. Please contact the location of your choice. Gift certificates are valid only at the issuing location.

Male/Female Massage Therapist

You are welcome to request a male or female therapist; however please do so when booking your appointment.

Discounts

Kama’aina – 20% Kama’aina discount on all services and products with valid Hawaii State ID (Excluding Bridal Services and Discounted Packages)

Mahalo Card - 10% discount off individual spa services to Mahalo Card holders. Discount not available on Salon services or already discounted packages.
