Cancellation Policy

Reserved appointments require a 4-hour advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Without a 4-hour advance notice, you are charged for the full cost of the service(s). Bridal Services require a 72-hour advance notice to avoid this charge.

Gratuity

Tax and 18% gratuity will be added to all spa services.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available. Please contact the location of your choice. Gift certificates are valid only at the issuing location.

Discounts

Kama’aina – 20% Kama’aina discount on all services and products with valid Hawaii State ID (Excluding Bridal Services and Discounted Packages)

Spa Tips

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

You are welcome to request a male or female therapist; however please do so when booking your appointment.

Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow time for the following session.
