Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our valued guests and dedicated staff, we kindly request that any changes or cancellations be communicated by 6:00 PM on the evening prior to your scheduled appointment.

Your cooperation allows us to provide the highest level of service to all of our guests. Thank you for your understanding..

Gratuity

Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to all spa services.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available. Please contact the location of your choice. Gift certificates are valid only at the issuing location.

Discounts

Kama’aina – 10% Kama’aina discount on all services and products with valid Hawaii State ID (Excluding Bridal Services and Discounted Packages)

Spa Tips

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

You are welcome to request a male or female therapist; however please do so when booking your appointment.

Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow time for the following session.
